1.Creating HTML emai l -
1) Design the advertisement in Dreamweaver.
2) Be sure that you use only ABSOLUTE URLS!
3) Remove any Javascript, forms, dynamic HTML, frames, .
4) Preview to make sure it looks fantastic.
5) Copy it into your Hotmail Browser and switch the "Tools" popdown to Rich Text On.
